Return Policy

30-day returns

You can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return

Email ronymotors2016@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Damaged or wrong items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, items that have been used on a pet can't be returned unless they arrived faulty. Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take extra time to post it.
