How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship to most countries. Shipping options and costs for your address are shown at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update or cancel it before it ships.

Sizing & products

How do I choose the right collar size?

Measure around your pet's neck with a soft tape and add about two fingers' width for comfort. Each collar lists its size range in the options, and if you're between sizes, choose the larger one.

Are your products safe for cats and dogs?

Yes. Our collars, carriers and grooming tools are designed for everyday pet use. Always supervise your pet with a new accessory for the first few days.

Returns

What if it doesn't fit or my pet doesn't like it?

You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.

My item arrived damaged. What now?

We're sorry! Email a photo to ronymotors2016@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund.
